I believe in radical transparency — including about how I work, not just what I build. In 2024 I completed the full Gallup CliftonStrengths® 34 assessment. The results map closely to what clients and collaborators experience working with me.

I think deeply before I act. Complex problems get dissected from multiple angles — architecture decisions, product tradeoffs, team dynamics. The hours I spend in solitary analysis are what allow me to move fast without backtracking. Clients often notice this as an ability to surface issues early, before they become expensive.
I collect everything: patterns, precedents, edge cases, context. I read deliberately and absorb broadly. This translates directly into engineering — I don't guess at solutions, I draw on a continuously updated knowledge base. When I recommend a technology or approach, there's research behind it.
Once a direction is set, I lock in. Distractions fall away. I prioritize ruthlessly and drive toward the goal without losing track of the bigger picture. For clients this means: deadlines I commit to, I hit. Work I take on, I finish.
I build structure where there is none. Consistent processes, clear checklists, reliable delivery patterns. Chaos doesn't derail me — I impose order on it. My codebases are clean, my communication is predictable, and my commitments come with a plan behind them.
I instinctively generate multiple paths forward and evaluate which one will survive contact with reality. I think backward from failure — mapping what could go wrong before it does. This is the talent that makes "10x faster" possible: moving quickly is only sustainable when the path has been thought through.
